Salesforce Developer (SFDC)Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Onsite)Duration: 6+ MonthsJob Description:This Senior Salesforce Developer has responsibilities to complete 4 to 5 month Development project by implementing/testing and deployment custom APEX classes and related components. This candidate is required to brainstorm, analyze, code, test, and document and also share best practices within current operation members. The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who is able to complete the development project based on user requirement, can work with supervision and is capable of delivering outstanding work at all times.
Responsibilities include:Develop custom Integration Class (REST, SOAP) Class after analysis current integration flow and programDevelop LWC/Aura components APEX classes, tests, triggers, and Visualforce pages, applying design patterns to control code execution, avoid runtime limits, and remain bulk-safe.Design and build clean, high performing (i.e., user-oriented, fast, efficient, extensible, scalable) Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the latest technologies.Build standard coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented.Creates requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs and for validation with the customer and shared with project stakeholders.Creates workflow diagrams to document current and future business environment.Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status. Escalates important issues to the attention of Management so that decisions can be made promptly.Communicates in written, oral, and presentation formats to best represent and express user and organizational requirements to audiences up to mid-level management.Manages timelines and customer expectations.Qualifications:• 10+ years of hands on Salesforce CRM Experience (Apex, Visual Force)• Demonstrated ability to develop business requirements and translate them into a dimensional model• Strong Interface between SFDC and Legacy Experience is required• Steel brick (CPQ Tool) experience is major plus• Proficient in successfully implementing new technologies.• Exceptional communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
