Desired Qualifications
- Proven background developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Ability to coach, guide, and upskill team members
- Familiarity with agile or iterative software delivery practices is a plus
- Salesforce credentials (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) are strongly valued
- Additional advantage for candidates with Salesforce administrative expertise
- Bonus skills include experience with tools such as Power BI, JIRA, Omniscripts/Vlocity, MuleSoft, or GitHub for source control
