Experience: 8-10 years IT experience with hands on development (not looking for 20+ years because they won't do hands on). 4-5 years of Salesforce with strong design and development experience. Customer will build Sales Cloud so experience on Sales Cloud is a must. Certification mandatory: 2+ years Lightning Aura development experience. Configuration, customization coding is required. Building Sales Cloud and migrate into Service Cloud. Data migration, project is in Agile environment so need Agile experience. Must have hands on Sales Cloud experience. Integration is required. Good communication skills is a must. Interviews will be coding based and includes 3 rounds: TechM internal team, Himanshu, and then client. Einstein and Customer 360 is preferred.
