To support ongoing development and optimization of the Salesforce platform, the mid-level remote Salesforce Developer will manage administration, configuration, and custom application development across various Salesforce clouds while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions. Key responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and data quality Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and integrations Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Admin and Development roles, including Flows, Visualforce, and APEX Strong collaborative skills to work with stakeholders and leadership on shared objectives Ability to prioritize tasks and manage unexpected requests effectively
