These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian AgenciesJob Summary: Salesforce Developer on the ARES production program working at sprint pace to build and deliver capability across assigned functional areas of the OpsEA Salesforce platform. Each developer builds deep expertise in their assigned capability domain (e.g. training management, stan/eval, qualification management, scheduling and event management, flight operations and post-mission processing, or external integration).Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and record types for the assigned capability areaDevelop Flow-based automation: record-triggered flows, screen flows, subflows, before/after save contexts, and invocable actions supporting the assigned feature areaBuild Lightning Web Components (LWC) for user-facing views, dashboards, and interactive features in the assigned capability areaParticipate in code reviews, author unit test cases, and support QA/Test engineersParticipate in spring planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and user engagement sessionsWrite clean, documented code in relevant languages and frameworksFollow secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practicesContribute to technical documentationRequired Skills & Qualifications:Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.2-5+ years of Salesforce development experienceWorking proficiency across Apex, Flow Builder automation, and LWC developmentExperience working in two-week sprint cadence with defined sprint gate quality controlsSalesforce Certified Platform Developer IPreferred Skills & QualificationsActive U.S.
