Location: Remote (EST) Duration: 6+ Months

Project Role Description:

• Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Batch/Async, Flows, Service Cloud (case mgmt, omni-channel)

• Salesforce (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud)

• Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce

• Triggers, batch classes, async patterns, test classes

• Declarative development using Flows

• Service Cloud: case management, omni-channel, queues

• Experience Cloud on LWR with heavily customized portals – custom LWCs, theme layouts, audience targeting

• Salesforce GraphQL API, REST integration, Platform Events DevOps

• Copado: user stories, promotion, merge conflict resolution

• Git, branching, pull request workflows

Front-end:

• 5+ years production React and TypeScript

• HTML5, CSS3/SASS

• REST and GraphQL integration

• Responsive design and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Good to have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification

• Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Consultant certification
