Hybrid commute - 2/3 days home/office.To be considered immediately please send your resume to role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, supporting end-to-end business processes and integrations with enterprise systems.This is a hands-on role working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, improve system functionality, and drive continuous platform optimization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceExperience working across multiple Salesforce clouds, including CPQ (strongly preferred)Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator requiredSkills and Abilities:Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and VisualforceProficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Developer Console, Workbench)Experience configuring Salesforce (workflows, validation rules, approval processes, security models)Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce FlowsUnderstanding of Salesforce CPQ and its role within sales and service processesExperience with Experience Cloud, including customer-facing portalsExperience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (SAP or similar preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEssential Functions:Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot / Marketing Cloud, and Experience CloudParticipate in the full application development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing supportCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutionsDevelop custom functionality using Apex (classes, triggers, test classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and VisualforceConfigure Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and security modelsBuild and maintain Salesforce Flows (record-triggered and screen flows) to automate business processesDevelop and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) using APIs and integration toolsTroubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutionsSupport deployment activities and maintain documentation including technical designs and test resultsProvide guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities to internal stakeholders
