 Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field
  • 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications (must-have)
  • Proficiency in building solutions using low-code tools (e.g., Flows) and pro-code (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Experience contributing to architecture, design, and code reviews
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling protected health information
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies
  • Involvement in business analysis or quality testing
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Degree in a technology-related subject
  • Over 5 years of total development experience
  • Proven track record working on Salesforce CRM solutions in a corporate environment
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to obtain or maintain Salesforce certifications
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to support additional tasks outside of primary responsibilities as needed
