The candidate will be responsible for the company's global enterprise architecture and implementation of Salesforce.com.ResponsibilitiesImplement and rollout new Salesforce OrgCustomize Salesforce with creation of custom objects, lightning Components, workflows, email alerts, templates and CampaignsIndependently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration.Develop Lightning Components and Lightning AppsDevelop and maintain Visual Force, Lightning, Salesforce.com pages and integration to other third-party solutionsDesign and Develop Integration solutions for Salesforce using OAUTH/REST protocols and ETL tools to external systemsManage Salesforce.com CRM applicationManage multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.Develop Mobile Apps for Salesforce and Apps for OutlookDesign, code and implement user friendly solutions for customer's needs.Ability to recommend alternative solution choices, determining trade-offs and impact analysisPerform quality assurance and unit testing on deliverables and work products.Partner with external consultants and development teams for solution design, programming and development workKeen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from operational and technical perspectiveQualificationsMinimum of 5-7 years of overall development experience with at least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com, Lightning Components, VisualForce, SalesforceBachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or equivalentSalesforce Developer Certification preferredConfigurations, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Apex Web services and APIsAdvanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts)Previous experience opening and managing Salesforce.com bugs (troubleshooting, etc.)Strong technical background on the following technologies: Aura & CSS, Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Class & Apex Web Service, Visual Force (Page, Component & Controllers), with Java experience as a plusExperience with rolling out new Orgs and migrating from Classic to LightningExperience with Marketing tools like Marketing Cloud, Marketo preferredExperience with Aura and Lightning Design SystemsDevelop Apex REST Webservice to provide Salesforce data as an Endpoint.In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)Solid understanding of the SFDC Data model and Data Architecture, Configuration, Apex coding, Visual Force, Web Services and Data ManagementMust be a confident, self-starter individual who can completely own the delivery of high value work productsFamiliar with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Node and JQueryExperience with SalesforceDX and scratch Orgs for developmentExperience in building Salesforce.com integrations, testing, and production environments using Enterprise tools (e.g. Eclipse, VS Code etc.)Experience in delivering IT solutions using Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practicesTeam player with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levelsExperience in thinking through problems creatively
