Salesforce Developer

Join Teachers Federal Credit Union in Hauppauge, NY to develop Salesforce solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce functionality including dashboards, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Maintain daily support and administration of Salesforce instances, ensuring platform stability.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug issues related to Salesforce platform and integrations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications using Salesforce APIs, Mulesoft, and legacy systems.
  • Write Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and manage deployments and data migrations.
  • Utilize version control (GitHub) and implement best practices for trigger development and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout development phases.
  • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum four years of Salesforce application development experience.
  • Salesforce certification required; Salesforce Developer II preferred.
  • Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, HTML, JavaScript, and SOQL.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD) preferred.
  • Understanding of Financial Cloud Data Model and Person Account Models.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and communication abilities.

Compensation & Background Check

Good faith salary range $93,000 – $116,250 annually. All candidates will undergo background check, credit check, and drug test.
