Salesforce DeveloperBoston, MAAudax Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, build, and enhancement of solutions within our Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for executing technical implementations across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative automation to support critical business processes.The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the CRM team and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective, scalable solutions that support system performance and improve user experience, while maintaining long-term platform stability and supporting the firm's continued growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the development of thoughtful CRM solutions, and help ensure reliable data integrity and system performance.This role will also support upcoming Salesforce implementations as additional business units are onboarded to the platform. The Developer will contribute to solution design, build, and rollout efforts, gaining exposure to end-to-end implementation work in a dynamic environment.This role offers the opportunity to grow into increased ownership of integrations and platform architecture over time.Responsibilities include:Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform technologiesBuild, optimize, and debug complex declarative automation (Flows) aligned with platform standardsDevelop and support integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware toolsWork within and extend the InvestorFlow managed package, ensuring compatibility with custom solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues within custom code, integrations, and Audax's broader Salesforce instanceDevelop and optimize batch Apex and asynchronous processes, with consideration for governor limits and performanceParticipate in QA processes, including unit testing, system testing, and support of release deploymentsCollaborate with CRM team members and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective solutionsSupport implementation efforts for new business units onboarding to Salesforce, including configuration, development, and testingContribute to technical documentation, including system architecture, data models, and development standardsContribute technical input on feasibility and implementation approaches in collaboration with senior team membersSupport ongoing enhancements to improve platform usability, performance, and scalabilityRequirements/Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platformStrong experience with Apex (classes, triggers), with exposure to batch and asynchronous processingExperience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern UI solutions within SalesforceProficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows and data model configurationExperience developing or supporting Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, middleware)Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and platform best practices within complex orgsExperience with debugging and basic performance optimization, with an understanding of governor limitsFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficientlyAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working within complex or highly customized Salesforce environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with managed packages and extending functionality within their constraints (e.g., InvestorFlow)Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher) certificationExperience in financial services or private equity environmentsExperience supporting or participating in Salesforce implementations or major system rolloutsLocation: Boston, MA. This position is in the office 4 days/week.
These in-office requirements may be adjusted based on the needs of the business.The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $128,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
