Position Description
CGI is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Developer to join our growing Civilian practice area. The role involves engaging with clients to understand high‑level business and technical requirements, evaluating and proposing solutions, defining implementation methods, estimating work, and performing configuration and development tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision & solution that meets customer and project needs.
- Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences without deep technical skills.
- Research, evaluate, and implement solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, including:
- Data modeling and configuration.
- Thorough understanding of the Salesforce Security model.
- Apex development.
- Lightning Web Component development (HTML, CSS, JS, SLDS).
- Flow‑based automation development.
- Visualforce pages.
- Experience Cloud development.
- Service Cloud implementation (case management / approval process).
- REST‑based API integrations.
- Experience with SAFe, including authoring epics and stories.
- Strong communication skills (writing and speaking).
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with MuleSoft / API design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce SSO configuration.
- Experience with Copado DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
Compensation
Reasonable estimate for the U.S. range: $70,800.00 – $156,700.00.
