To support a major Salesforce centralization initiative, the part-time Contract Salesforce Developer/Admin will lead data migration efforts and configure Membership Services and Business Development workflows within CALSTART's Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment, working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead the Salesforce centralization initiative by migrating data and processes from Forth into CALSTART's Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Plan and execute Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration, ensuring accurate data mapping, cleansing, and validation Configure and develop workflows using Salesforce automation and custom development to create scalable solutions for the organization Required qualifications: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, including designing and configuring nonprofit business processes Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration and development, including Flow, automation, and data modeling Experience in planning and executing Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations, focusing on data mapping and validation Preferred experience designing Salesforce solutions for membership, fundraising, and business development Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder are preferred
