Accountable for shaping the product vision and roadmap, the full-time Salesforce CRM Product Owner will manage stakeholder needs, translate business outcomes into actionable requirements, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and communicate the Salesforce CRM product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives Serve as the primary business-facing Product Owner, making value-based trade-off decisions and prioritizing the product backlog Lead discovery sessions with various teams to identify CRM opportunities and support the development of scalable CRM solutions Required qualifications Strong Salesforce CRM product ownership experience, including product vision, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes Proven ability to translate business strategy and user needs into product requirements and user stories Experience working in agile delivery environments, including backlog refinement and iterative value delivery Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator or Product Owner certification preferred Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, technology, product management, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience required
