Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to join a collaborative technology team focused on building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. We’re looking for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex business problems through scalable technical solutions. This role will have the opportunity to work across custom Salesforce development, system integrations, data migrations, application enhancements, and production support, while helping shape solutions that are maintainable and built around Salesforce best practices.

Pay/Salary Range: $40.00/hour to $55.00/Year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Required Skills:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions following Salesforce development best practices and design patterns.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform data migrations using Data Loader, scripts, and related integration tools.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and production support.

Key Qualifications:

• Hands-on Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Data Loader, MuleSoft, Talend, or similar integration/data migration tools.
• Salesforce Developer Certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
