To ensure smooth implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions, the full-time Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect will guide project teams, engage with customer stakeholders, and design innovative solutions while focusing on Vlocity CPQ and related Salesforce products. Key responsibilities Guide customers through the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions as a key contributor on project teams Lead discovery sessions to define business outcomes and synthesize requirements into user stories and solution documentation Manage deployments and oversee the delivery and testing of custom development specifications Required qualifications 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Solution Architecture role 3+ years of implementing Vlocity CPQ and/or Communications Cloud Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like MuleSoft and Open API BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; Salesforce certifications required
