Salesforce Certified Software Developer

To support the development of an automated contact center solution, the full-time Salesforce Certified Software Developer will build and maintain configurations and integrations on Salesforce and Agentforce while collaborating with the testing team in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and development across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, and implementation Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows to deliver contact center workflows and automations Develop and maintain integrations across various platforms using REST and SOAP APIs, and troubleshoot production issues Required Qualifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, current and in good standing Minimum of three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Component development Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, current and in good standing, or the ability to obtain it prior to Agentforce development work Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent relevant experience in information systems, business administration, or computer science Public Trust Low Risk suitability, or the ability to begin and complete the Public Trust Low Risk suitability process at award
