The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting functional needs, and supporting Salesforce implementations.Key Responsibilities:Act as a bridge between business users and Salesforce technical teamsGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with Salesforce Developers and Admins during implementationSupport Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applicationsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremoniesAssist in UAT, defect tracking, and post-production supportCreate and maintain project and system documentationRequired Skills & Experience:4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Business AnalystStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRMExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologyStrong documentation and analytical skillsNice to Have:Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Business Analyst)Experience working with large enterprise or consulting environments
