Overview
We are seeking a Senior Automation Lead/Engineer to support our team’s growing needs and expertise. The candidate should be highly technical and able to hit the ground running with the following qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop robust Selenium automation frameworks from scratch.
- Define automation strategies and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance testing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Python: Experience writing and maintaining automated scripts using Python.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Proven experience automating workflows and testing within the Salesforce platform is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Leadership: Comfortable defining automation strategies and mentoring junior team members as a Lead/Senior resource.
- Performance Engineering: Hands-on experience using JMeter to develop and execute performance scripts, with demonstrated ability to establish and drive a performance testing initiative across the organization.
- Remote Flexibility: This is a remote position; however, there is a strong preference for candidates who can work within EST or CST time zones.
