Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce architecture, design standards, governance, and technical roadmaps.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.
- Architect enterprise Experience Cloud solutions for customer, partner, and employee portals.
- Design authentication and security using SSO, SAML, OAuth, JIT provisioning, and Salesforce security models.
- Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, WebMethods, middleware, and APIs.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI.
- Lead solution design through implementation, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production stabilization.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Establish development, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
- Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical leads.
- Collaborate with globally distributed business and technology teams.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Strong Salesforce Architecture and enterprise implementation experience
- Experience Cloud architecture and implementation
- Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows
- REST, SOAP, Platform Events, WebMethods, APIs
- Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce
- Salesforce security, data modeling, scalability, and performance
- Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, DevOps, Copado
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect
- Experience Cloud Consultant
- Health Cloud experience
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
- Enterprise CRM/Salesforce transformation experience
- Experience supporting large-scale external user communities
