Leading end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large enterprise healthcare implementations, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect - Health Cloud will own the technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance while mentoring multi-shore teams and driving architectural decisions. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex healthcare requirements into scalable solutions Oversee all phases of the delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, and post-go-live support Required qualifications Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features and healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7) Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations and patient/member lifecycle management Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile environments, including sprint planning and release management Proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, and Azure DevOps
