This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting into Revenue Operations. You'll partner with commercial leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional business partners to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable architecture that serves both the need in front of us and the business we're becoming.You're building from a position of momentum - and the bar is to design systems that don't need re-architecting every time we scale.What You'll OwnArchitecture & System DesignDesign and own the Salesforce architecture spanning the full commercial lifecycle - acquisition, retention, and expansion - across every participant in our ecosystemAbout The RoleArchitect scalable solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping and allocation, pipeline reporting, and lead managementMake the build-vs-configure and declarative-vs-code calls, with a bias toward maintainable, flexible design over short-term fixesThe Broader StackOwn the system design and integration of the tools surrounding Salesforce - Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, Netsuite, and Snowflake - as one coherent architecture, connecting disconnected point solutionsLead data migration and platform integration work, ensuring data integrity across systemsMaintain and rationalize adjacent business systems (e.g., Clay)Partnership & RigorWork directly with RevOps and business partners to ground architecture in real requirements, objectives, and processesEstablish the controls, documentation, and governance that make the system auditable and durableBring clarity and creative solutions to ambiguous, undefined problemsYou May Be A Strong Fit If YouHave 5+ years architecting and administering Salesforce in high-growth, fast-moving GTM environmentsHold Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification; Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Architect-track certifications are a strong plusHave deep, first-hand command of Salesforce architecture - its capabilities, its constraints, and where the platform breaks at scaleHave implemented and maintained QTC / CPQ solutions end to endHave led data migrations and integrated Salesforce with financial and commercial systems (Stripe and similar)Are fluent in modern automation and AI-assisted workflows, and have a point of view on where they belong in a commercial stackHave working SQL skills and comfort operating against a data warehouseHave a track record of scaling Salesforce implementations - and can point to systems you built that held up as the business grewIn compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.New York Pay Range$150,000 - $170,000 USDThe provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
