Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Agentforce Developer with12+ years of overall Salesforce development experience and strong hands-on expertise inAgentforce, Salesforce AI, Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and Data Cloud .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with a strong focus onAI-powered automation, Agentforce Agents, conversational experiences, and Salesforce CRM integrations .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions usingAgentforce and Salesforce AI .

• Build and configureAgentforce AI Agents based on business requirements.

• ConfigureAgentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Agent behavior .

• Develop custom Salesforce functionality usingApex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow .

• Implement AI-driven automation and conversational experiences.

• Work withPrompt Builder, Prompt Templates, grounding, RAG, and Generative AI .

• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications usingREST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and other integration technologies .

• Work withSalesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data sources to provide context and grounding for AI Agents.

• Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.

• Support Salesforce deployments usingSalesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools .

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

• Collaborate with Architects, Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

• Follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Create technical documentation and solution/deployment documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Agentforce .

• Experience designing and implementingAI-powered Salesforce Agents .

• Strong knowledge ofAgentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Agent configuration .

• Hands-on experience withPrompt Builder and Prompt Templates .

• Strong expertise inApex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and asynchronous processing .

• Strong experience withLightning Web Components (LWC) .

• Strong knowledge ofSalesforce Flow and automation .

• Excellent knowledge ofSOQL and SOSL .

• Experience withSalesforce REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations .

• Knowledge ofSalesforce Data Cloud and CRM/AI data integration.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, includingProfiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, CRUD/FLS, and Object/Field-Level Security .

• Experience withSalesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes .

• Strong understanding ofSales Cloud and/or Service Cloud .

• Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments .

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Agentforce certification or Salesforce AI-related certification.

• SalesforceAI Associate certification.

• Hands-on experience withData Cloud .

• Experience withEinstein AI / Salesforce AI capabilities.

• Experience withMuleSoft and enterprise integrations.

• Knowledge ofPlatform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) .

• Experience with event-driven architecture.
