Salesforce AdministratorReports To: Director of Data & ITSalary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annuallyLocation: Hybrid (80% remote and 20% onsite)Benefits:16 paid BACR Holidays, generous paid time off benefitsMedical, dental, vision, mental health/wellness benefit, hospital indemnity, life insurance, flexible spending account (transit, medical, dependent), 403b program, pet insurance, WellHubProfessional Development opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications:3 to 5 years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar roleAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalitiesSalesforce certified administratorExperience using various software as a service (SaaS) with a focus on integrations and improving the user experience and trainingResponsibilities:Salesforce Administration:Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs.Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.Develop and implement automation using Flow.Maintain data integrity and cleanliness by monitoring and resolving data quality issues, including de-duplication of records.SaaS & Identity Administration:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the applications accordingly.Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in SaaS applications and recommend adopting them when beneficial.Training and Documentation:Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for Salesforce and other SaaS applications.Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support for existing users.Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure effective adoption of Salesforce and SaaS applications.Collaboration and Support:Collaborate with Salesforce partners to implement custom solutions and integrations.Collaborate with BACR's existing Salesforce Administrator and other IT teammates to design and deliver solutions.Liaise with the user community to gather feedback, understand requirements, and address system issues.Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.The pay range for the position is what we reasonably expect to pay.
