Salesforce AdministratorEssential Job FunctionsFully understand, support, manage Salesforce and Salesforce processes and provide insight into best practicesStay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce.com releases, technologies, applications, and integrationsManage standard and custom objects, such as pages, fields, formulasAdd workflows and triggers to manage standard and custom objectsEnsure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved within a timely mannerLead the automation and standardization of reports and dashboardsAssist in the development of training plans, materials, and documentation for Salesforce usersMonitor user adoption rates and work with technology team to respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improveDevelop and communicate a schedule for future database releases/enhancementsPrepare required analytical reports/dashboards to support the user teamsDevelop, implement and ensure compliance with Change Management ProcessResponsible for data management, including mass updates, deletes and extracts in addition to regular de-duping and data clean upSupport the maintenance and improvements of the PosiGen data warehouseSupport integrations of applications to data warehouse or SalesforceManage feedback to facilitate data architecture that enables cross departmental data analysis and business needsCompetenciesExcellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill setExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and analytical skillsEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree in (e.g., computer science, computer/software engineering, or similar) and Salesforce Administrator/Developer Certification preferred1-2 years' experience of supporting Salesforce.com customizationsStrong working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform and experience with SFDC Data LoaderExperience with database management and PostgreSQL is a plusExperience with open-source app languages (e.g., Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java and PHP) or.NET is a plusPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
