Supporting the Veterans Crisis Line, the full-time Salesforce Administrator Certified will maintain and optimize Salesforce environments, manage user access, and ensure system stability in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain Salesforce environments for the Customer Success Center and Veterans Crisis Line Process complex user access requests and manage profiles, roles, and permission sets Engage with Business Owners to clarify requirements and validate configurations for system changes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in a customer service capacity, preferably within a complex organization Salesforce Admin Certified Experience with regression testing and familiarity with Agile project management Ability to obtain public trust clearance
