Purpose: Sales Trainees learn the basics of Electrical Supply before moving to the front Counter and later progressing into an Inside/Outside Salesperson to prospect and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will learn our business by progressing from the Warehouse to the Counter to a Sales position
- Build relationships with customers through daily interactions
- Complete daily tasks of assigned department
- Coordinate, process and disseminate information from other inter departments
- Keeping up with product knowledge through training
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Attend monthly mentorship meetings

Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience (Preferred)
- Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
