We are seeking a driven Sales Leader to build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for creating a repeatable sales process, coaching sales professionals, and driving predictable revenue growth. This is a full-time position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility required based on sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to hit revenue targets. Conduct regular training, role-play, and performance reviews. Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.

Sales Process and Performance

Build and enforce a structured sales process. Train on scripts, objection handling, and closing strategies. Track conversion rates, close rates, and pipeline performance. Forecast sales performance and report results to leadership.

Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment. Provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.


• Proven track record of building and leading sales teams.


• Strong communication and coaching skills.


• Experience in home services, construction, or roofing preferred.

Schedule: Eight-hour shifts

Weekends as needed

Experience Required: 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
