Sales Support Specialist - Medical Device Manufacturing


QUICK FACTS


  • Location: Remote

  • Shift: PST – Monday to Friday (start times between 6am-9am PST) 8-hour shift

  • Duration: Temporary through end of the year

  • Pay Range: $20 – $22/hr Depending on Location and Experience+ Bonus Structure



EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Bachelors degree

  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales support; medical device industry experience highly preferred

  • Posses excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Skilled in live documenting calls

  • Experience within Diabetes preferred

  • Experience with medical insurance preferred

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred



MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

  • Manages and follows up on sales pipeline leads from initial inquiry through to purchase, ensuring timely execution and conversion

  • Engages with prospective customers via phone, email, SMS, or fax to provide product education, address questions, and drive sales

  • Provides ongoing communication regarding order status, verifies order accuracy, and explains insurance benefits and cost responsibilities

  • Coordinates product shipments and ensures a smooth transition from order placement to delivery
