Responsibilities
- Help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services.
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
- Understand local competitors, communicate Home Depot’s advantages, guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe; work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service; actively monitor inventory and drive in‑stock support.
Compensation
Base pay range : $22.50/hr – $22.50/hr
