They listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through every step, setting clear expectations and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics to drive store sales.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe as part of a team delivering excellent customer service.
- Actively monitor inventory and drive in‑stock to support seamless shopping.
