Jackpot Recruiting is currently hiring Remote Sales Representatives on behalf of one of our client companies.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys sales but also wants their work to have a meaningful purpose. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with and serve veterans and their families while helping them understand available products and coverage options.

This is a **100% remote, performance-based sales position** with **company-provided leads, no door-to-door sales, and no traditional cold calling**.

### What You’ll Do

* Connect with veterans and families by phone and Zoom
* Work with company-provided leads
* Conduct virtual sales presentations
* Learn each client’s needs and explain available options
* Help clients make informed decisions regarding their coverage
* Follow up with interested prospects
* Maintain organized appointment and sales activity
* Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching

### What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A professional and service-minded approach
* Comfortable speaking with customers virtually
* Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
* Coachable and willing to learn
* Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
* Reliable internet connection
* Computer and webcam
* Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
