Position Details:
- Type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Pay/Salary: $125,000-$150,000/year (Base + Bonus & Commission)
Job Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and lead generation through closing.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in business development, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deliver results in a customer-focused environment.
