One Agency is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our remote sales team.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll connect with prospective clients, learn about their needs, present available benefit solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is well suited for someone who is confident communicating with people, enjoys working toward goals, and wants the opportunity to grow based on performance.
The Opportunity
This is a fully remote position where you’ll manage client conversations from initial contact through follow-up and enrollment.
You’ll receive training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you develop your sales, communication, and client relationship skills.
Your Day-to-Day
Connect with prospective clients by phone and video
Conduct virtual sales appointments
Ask questions to understand each client’s needs
Present benefit and coverage options in a clear, professional manner
Recommend solutions based on individual client situations
Answer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process
Assist clients with applications and enrollment
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Maintain organized client records and activity notes
Work toward individual and team sales goals
