Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with 2–3+ years of experience selling products directly to customers in a showroom, retail store, or similar environment. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English and have strong customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the showroom/store and understand their needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
• Recommend products based on customer requirements.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer customer questions and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Follow up with customers when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Support daily store operations and work effectively with the team.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail sales, showroom sales, or similar customer-facing sales experience.
• Proven experience selling products directly to customers.
• Fluent Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail or showroom environment.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic computer skills.
