Provide a welcoming, customer-focused retail experience and assist customers with purchases, returns, and product questions.
• Process freight, markdowns, and incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
1+ years of experience in retail sales or retail operations.
• Experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to safely lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move, including reaching, bending, and stooping, to handle products for extended periods with only short breaks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights, as needed.
