What You'll Learn & Do

Your responsibilities will include:
Connect with prospective clients through scheduled phone and video appointments
Build rapport and create a positive first impression
Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
Introduce and explain available benefit solutions
Help clients compare options and make informed decisions
Answer questions and provide clear, professional information
Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Participate in virtual training and coaching sessions
Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Work toward individual and team performance goals
