Territory Sales Representative — Ceramic & Quarry Tile Distribution

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to manage and grow relationships with distributors in an assigned territory. This role requires regular travel to visit customers, attend trade shows, and support product presentations — candidates should be comfortable with a territory-based, on-the-road sales schedule.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission on both sales and collections — this role rewards closers who also stay engaged through the payment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: meet with clients, deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Travel within the assigned territory — and as needed beyond it — to visit customer sites, resolve issues in person, and attend industry trade shows
• Schedule and lead product presentations at distributor locations and company facilities
• Prepare and deliver competitive, accurate pricing on all prospect applications, balancing customer needs with company margin targets
• Analyze market conditions to inform pricing, discount structures, and customer strategy
• Build xhqgsiq proposals and presentations for customer and executive audiences
• Keep customers current with product literature, color charts, and sales materials
• Manage complaint and claims resolution in line with company policy
• Report regularly to management: sales volume, pipeline, and territory expansion opportunities
• Provide timely feedback to management on performance and market conditions
