Working remotely on a contract basis, the Temporary Sales Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales Executives and Account Executives, partnering with hiring leaders to develop targeted strategies and build strong candidate pipelines within technology services and related markets. Key responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for sales and go-to-market positions from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring leaders to understand business objectives and develop targeted sourcing strategies Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience Required qualifications 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, particularly in sales talent acquisition Demonstrated success recruiting within SaaS, technology services, and consulting sectors Experience recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles, such as Account Executives and Sales Executives Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently, including sourcing and offer negotiation Strong experience in developing creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find sales talent
