Title: Sales Recruiter 99354

Location: HYBRID- 3 days a week onsite in one of the following- Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; or NYC, NY

Type: Contract

Openings: 7

Pay: $48/hr on w2-w2 only, no flex on rate

Hours: 9-5

Length: 6 months-large possibility to extend, potential to convert to fte

Screenings: background once hired (employment, felony and education verification)

IV process: 2 rounds-first manager virtual iv, second iv onsite

+optional benefits, long term contract with ability to extend or convert to full time

Must haves:

1. Experience: 6 years of recruiting experience agency and/or in-house with a proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment; (in house recruiting for enterprise client is also sufficient)

2. In-Office Availability: Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week

3. Agility Resilience: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity adapt to shifting priorities and excel in a highly fluid grey area corporate landscape

4. Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors using advanced direct-sourcing and interviewing techniques

5. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition and story to candidates.

6. Relationship Building: Strong communication skills with the ability to cold-call build relationships over the phone and influence senior hiring managers and executives.

7. Execution: Ability to successfully deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in a high-volume high-velocity environment.

8. Tools: Proficiency with Workday ATS Slack GoodTime and Google preferred

Teachable skills:

1. Experience recruiting for sales teams within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.
