In this role, you'll play a key part in building and nurturing client relationships, leading scaffolding projects from start to finish.
You'll be responsible for calculating costs and gains, managing budgets, ensuring a safe work environment, and driving project profitability. You'll also focus on developing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing, and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.Develop existing accounts and seek new business via cold calling or other strategic selling solutionsAnalyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationshipsConsult and problem-solve to enhance the Company's position in existing and target accountsDevelop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirementsManage and delegate scaffolding projects from start to finishAccurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streamsFormulate all sales policies, practices and proceduresPerform sales activities and negotiate sales price and discountsMinimum QualificationsAssociates degree or an equivalent combination of training, education and relevant work experience5 -10 years of sales experience in the scaffoldingBusiness development/customer acquisition experienceScaffolding sales and/or field experience preferredStrong project management skillsDemonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional time management and organizational skillsUnrestricted driver's license; ability to pass DMV checkPreferred QualificationsPMP or an equivalent certification.Physical Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To The Following:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat and climb.Able to travel to jobsites, meetings, and other destinations as needed.Able to wear the required personal protective equipment.Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.Able to see, talk and hear in person, via phone and/or through online/video.Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone.Able to lift & carry items up to 15 lbs.Note: Offers will be made based on candidates' qualifications relevant to the position.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementISC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
