Job Details

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial flooring sales, estimating, project management, or construction experience
• Knowledge of carpet, resilient flooring, tile, hardwood, laminate, and specialty flooring products preferred
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience pricing commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Texas as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial flooring industry experience
• Existing relationships with Texas general contractors and developers
• Experience with estimating platforms and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred
