Sales Performance Architect for Inbound Growth

Wing Assistant is looking for a Head of Sales Performance to build, own, and multiply the inbound sales engine from the first follow-up through close. You will lead the inbound follow-up function, strengthen systems, coach the team, and ensure disciplined opportunity management across the floor.

As a builder, you will create tools, sequences, collateral, coaching systems, and standards that raise every rep's performance and drive proactive, high-quality selling.
