Sales Operations SpecialistCotton is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our Revenue Enablement function. This role is a critical driver of sales productivity and pipeline performance, sitting at the intersection of Go-To-Market strategy, sales methodology, and pipeline management. You will work closely with sales leadership to reduce friction, improve process consistency, and enable our Business Development team to focus on selling.Key ResponsibilitiesGo-To-Market SupportConduct market analysis and support customer profile & segmentation initiativesAssist in developing and maintaining value proposition, positioning, and messaging frameworksSupport GTM Strategy / STRAP planning and growth initiatives including Cotton U and Proactive Roof programsSales MethodologyMaintain and evolve sales tactics, norms, and organizational design documentationCoordinate training and onboarding programs for new and existing sales personnelSupport recruiting by defining and communicating role requirements and competency profilesPipeline ManagementOwn day-to-day pipeline management processes from inquiry through collectedSupport deal process execution across prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, closing, and collecting stagesMaintain pipeline forecasting cadence and reporting, delivering analytics and actionable insights to sales leadershipIdentify and reduce friction points in the sales process through directed data insightsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar inside sales support roleStrong analytical skills with experience in CRM management and pipeline reportingFamiliarity with sales methodologies and Go-To-Market frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders simultaneouslyProficiency in sales tools, reporting platforms, and productivity softwareWhy CottonYou'll be joining a company building a disciplined, scalable sales organization with a clear doctrine and leadership committed to investing in the right people and processes.
