Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Manager, Sales Operations Analytics & Pricing will oversee the Sales Operations COE analytics and pricing analysis support, ensuring the transformation of data into actionable insights to drive growth and profitability in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and continuous improvement of Sales Operations analytics and reporting capabilities Oversee the organization's pricing analysis function, including pricing models, rate analysis, and pricing governance Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related disciplines 3-5+ years of experience leading analytics or pricing teams Strong understanding of pricing strategy, margin analysis, and profitability modeling Permanent authorization to work in Canada
