Sales Marketing Analyst

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Sales Marketing Analyst in Arlington, VA area.

This is a fully on-site, in office 5 days a week role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth, market share, profitability, and retail execution objectives through collaboration with sales teams.
• Develop and implement annual trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Establish national sales and promotional priorities; review and approve customer business plans.
• Manage trade promotion budgets and spending to maximize ROI and support volume, margin, and share objectives.
• Analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends; provide recommendations to optimize results.
• Monitor new product launches and distribution initiatives to ensure successful market execution.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies.
• Evaluate incremental investment requests and coordinate cross-functional support for approved initiatives.
• Communicate strategic programs, priorities, and execution requirements to field sales teams.
• Track key business metrics, maintain forecasts, analyze competitive activity, and manage administrative reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of overall professional experience in CPG sales or related industry is desired
• BA/BS required / MBA preferred
• Broad knowledge and experience in Grocery trade gained at successive levels of responsibility in multiple areas of Headquarters and Retail Levels
• Knowledge of corporate policies and compliance
• Demonstrated prior success in achieving results using team driven philosophies
• Demonstrated proficiency in supporting corporate interest and ability to communicate and exercise very positive people skills.
