We're looking for a Trade Sales Manager to lead an established team of experienced Trade Sales Consultants across Western Massachusetts, Central Massachusetts, and Vermont. This is an opportunity to inherit a talented team with strong customer relationships that is ready to be coached, challenged, and developed to the next level.
You'll spend the majority of your time in the field coaching your team, developing new business strategies, strengthening customer partnerships, and growing market share. Our Sales Director encourages creativity, giving you the autonomy to develop innovative marketing initiatives and promotional strategies that make an impact.

We're Looking For:
- Sales leadership experience in construction, building materials, windows & doors, or related industries
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop successful sales professionals
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Experience growing market share and leading through influence
- Ability to read construction plans and communicate effectively with contractors, builders, and trade professionals
