The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the automotive, battery, or energy storage industries; direct experience selling to US OEMs or Tier-1s is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar contracts and managing long-cycle (12–24 month) sales processes.
- Solid understanding of lithium-ion battery technologies (LFP chemistry, cell-to-pack, stacking process) and EV/ESS supply chains.
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 (FCA, EXW, DDP), US customs procedures, and export control regulations.
