A market-leading global ingredients and specialty chemicals organization is expanding its Personal Care & Consumer Products commercial team and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic multinational consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for a select group of major multinational consumer brands.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across commercial, procurement, R&D, marketing, and innovation functions.
- Identify opportunities to expand share of wallet and accelerate long-term revenue growth.
- Lead complex commercial opportunities from concept through to implementation.
- Partner cross-functionally with technical, innovation, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Support product development initiatives and drive commercialization of new technologies.
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of B2B sales, account management, or commercial leadership experience.
- Experience selling ingredients, chemicals, raw materials, formulations, or technical solutions into consumer products, personal care, beauty, cosmetics, home care, or adjacent markets.
- Proven success managing large strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
