This is a fully remote role where you'll drive strategic growth, market expansion, and customer engagement for the Thermal Insulation – Industrial segment across North America.

Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging markets, and untapped customer segments to expand the Thermal Insulation portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand evolving needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy aligned with growth objectives, including account targeting, pipeline development, and performance tracking
- Provide expert guidance on high-temperature applications, demonstrating how solutions deliver operational efficiency, cost savings, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategic planning
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 3 years of high-temperature industry technical sales in a high-performance xhqgsiq manufacturing or processing environment
- Strong background in refractory sales or closely related thermal/insulation applications
- Demonstrable understanding of manufacturing methods, thermal insulation, and heat transfer principles
- Proficiency with or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%)
